Another thermostatic spool uses Shape Memory Alloys (SMA) springs.
The most important part of the SMA thermostatic valve core is the shape memory alloy spring, which is made of nickel-titanium (Ni-Ti) alloy to change its shape by sensing the temperature of warm water after mixing, thereby pushing the piston to adjust the mixing ratio of hot and cold water. The SMA thermostatic spool reacts extremely fast and reacts extremely sensitively around 40°C, which can meet the needs of users for stepless fine-tuning. In 2014, this thermostatic valve core was mainly adopted by Japanese manufacturers.
Since the constant temperature valve spool is a very precise device, no matter which form is used, the internal processing of the valve core constant temperature faucet shell is also very precise, and the tolerance of all internal processing dimensions should be limited to ±0.1mm, and the tolerance of important dimensions must be controlled within ±0.05mm.
Thermostatic shower faucets are suitable for showers in homes, hotels, public baths, and barber shops where water pressure is constantly changing.
