Do your products carry CE certification, and which standard do you test against?

Yes, all our ceramic washbasins exported to Europe are CE certified. We test strictly in accordance with the European harmonised standard EN 14688:2015, and we can provide you with the full test reports. Key aspects covered include: •Structural safety: Static load test up to 1.1 kN (approx. 112 kg) and impact resistance with a 500 g steel ball. •Durability: Passed severe thermal shock cycling (100 cycles without cracking). •Hygiene and cleanability: Surface resistance to chemicals ensures long‑term stain resistance and easy cleaning.

What is the water absorption rate of your ceramics? Is the glaze environmentally friendly and REACH compliant?

We use high‑quality kaolin and high‑temperature vitrification firing, which gives our products a water absorption rate of less than 0.5% (fully vitreous china). This significantly reduces the risk of freeze‑cracking, especially in colder European climates.Regarding safety, our glazes fully comply with the EU REACH regulation; the migration levels of lead and cadmium are far below the EU limits (lead ≤ 0.2 mg/L, cadmium ≤ 0.07 mg/L). We can supply test reports from accredited laboratories (e.g. SGS) to verify this.

How precise are your dimensions, and are your basins compatible with European drainage systems?

Understanding the high installation accuracy required in European markets, we control critical dimensional tolerances to within ±1 mm, ensuring a perfect fit with countertops and bathroom furniture. Our basins are designed with drain holes compatible with both DN32 and DN40 European‑standard waste fittings, and we can offer single‑hole or three‑hole tap configurations to suit local installation preferences.

Do you support OEM/ODM production for private label brands?

Absolutely. We have extensive experience in OEM (private label) and ODM (design‑to‑order) projects. We can customise your basins with your own logo, specific dimensions, colour (Pantone code), or design features. Our in‑house mould‑making workshop enables rapid prototyping, and we strictly adhere to confidentiality agreements to protect your brand and design patents.

How do you prevent damage during long‑sea shipments? What is your typical delivery time?

We know how important product integrity is for our European customers. Our standard export packaging consists of heavy‑duty corrugated cartons, foam corner protectors, and bottom wooden/iron pallets – all stack‑tested and drop‑tested to withstand container transport. Our breakage rate is normally below 1%.Typical production lead time is 30–45 days, depending on order quantity. We offer flexible trade terms, including FOB (Chaozhou/Shenzhen port) or CIF (European main base port).

What is your after‑sales policy if we receive damaged or defective goods?

Every piece we ship undergoes 100% final inspection – including surface pinholes, deformation, and impact tests. In the rare case of transport‑related breakage, we provide a free replacement mechanism – we will prioritise replacements in your next order or issue a credit note for the broken quantity.For manufacturing defects (e.g. cracks or glaze peeling caused by production faults), we offer a structural warranty of 3 to 5 years from the Bill of Lading date (specific terms are stated in the contract).
