In early July, the National Bureau of Statistics preliminarily calculated that the GDP in the first half of the year was 456614 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.6 at comparable prices. In terms of quarters, the first quarter decreased by 6.8 year-on-year, and the second quarter increased by 3.2. As an indispensable proportion of China's economic volume, the export of sanitary ceramics has also suffered a heavy blow in the past six months.
According to the statistical analysis of the General Administration of Customs, from January to June 2020, China's exports of sanitary ceramics (HS code: ceramic sinks, washbasins, washbasins, bathtubs, bidets, flush toilets, water tanks, urinals and similar fixed sanitary equipment under 6910) were US$3.175 billion, down 0.16 year-on-year. Among them, the top three exports are the United States, Saudi Arabia and Vietnam.
